What insurances does Baseline Therapy accept?

Accepted Answer

We are IN-NETWORK for the following plans:

- Ambetter
       - UHC Medicaid Plans
       - BCBS Blue Care Medicaid Plan
       - BCBS TennCare Select Medicaid Plans
       - Wellpoint Medicaid Plans (formally Amerigroup)

At this time, we are considered Out of Network and able to produce Superbills for reimbursement from other insurances (Cigna, Aetna, BCBS Commercial Plans).

Private Pay, Katie Beckett waivers, and FSA/HSA cards are accepted!

What is a Superbill?

Superbills are a detailed "receipt" of services rendered. In this method of payment, families pay out-of-pocket for services, but the Superbill provided can be sent to insurance for reimbursement. Superbills are for private insurance or Katie Beckett waivers.
